KPI Scorecards
This feature is not available in Readysell Lite.
To view and analyse a collection of KPI, a Scorecard can be used. Scorecard is an object that has linked KPI.
There is a list of built-in KPI Scorecards available to base on when creating your version.
- From the Navigation panel, double click on Intelligence> KPI Scorecards
- Click on New to create your version of KPI Scorecard
- Change Name as required
Click on Insert
Select a KPI Definition to add to the scorecard
Repeat the insertion procedure as required
Click on Save and Close to save the change
- From here you can examine the KPI such as
- Period
- Current
- Previous
- Change
- Trend
- Sparkline
Click on Show Chart
button to view KPI results in chart format
A drill-down list view can be invoked by double-clicking the KPI. The result is a list of objects that were used to calculate the KPI.
This list view can be exported for further analysis by grouping and sorting data.
