Setting up your own custom key performance indicators


This feature is not available in Readysell Lite. 

The procedure is the same as all other Readysell reports. Both the KPI definitions and the KPI scorecards can be built in or customer.  You can only change the KPI definitions and score cards where the "Built In" checkbox is false. To create a new scorecard with your own or built in KPI:

  • Go to KPI definitions in administration and add new KPI definitions
  • Click "New" on KPI scorecards to create a new scorecard for KPI
  • Enter a description then click save and close
  • Use Insert to add new KP to your scorecard
