Creating a price change run set

The Price Change Run Set allows you to create or edit sets that are used for price change runs. There is no limit to the number of run sets you can create at any one time.

1. In the navigation panel, double-click Inventory, then click Price Change Runs.

2. You can access this window by clicking New in the Extract Price Change Run window from the top panel.

3. Enter a name for your run set.
4. Enter the criteria you want to use:
   
   • Use the Price Level field to select a particular price level. Other price levels will not be changed.
   • The Supplier field selects products from a particular supplier.
   • The Category field selects products in a particular category.
   • The Price Category field selects products with a particular price category. If you leave this blank, all price categories will be selected. You can check the Only Products Without Price Category checkbox to select only products without a price category.
   • Only Products With Cost Update Since lets you select only products that were updated after a given date.
   • You can also use the Product Filter to select products that belong to a given set of criteria.
5. Once you have finished, click Save or Save and Close.
