Overview
This actionable metric indicates how old the oldest outstanding sale order/sales quote is (in days). You shouldn't have any old outstanding sale orders/quotes.
This metric takes into account both outstanding sales orders and/or sales quotes.
In both cases you dont want transactions in outstanding older than a month or two.
These outstanding sales orders/quotes need to be reviewed and if not required then Cancel.
Colour Coding
Colour | Definition |
|---|---|
| Green | The oldest outstanding sale order/quote age is less than or equal to the target |
| Yellow | The oldest outstanding sale order/quote age is less than or equal to double of the target |
| Red | The oldest outstanding sale order/quote age is greater than double of the target |
