Understanding the "Oldest outstanding sale order age" metric

Overview

This actionable metric indicates how old the oldest outstanding sale order/sales quote is (in days). You shouldn't have any old outstanding sale orders/quotes.

This metric takes into account both outstanding sales orders and/or sales quotes.
In both cases you dont want transactions in outstanding older than a month or two.
These outstanding sales orders/quotes need to be reviewed and if not required then Cancel.
