Ignoring Associated Products

When you have associated products like buy one get one free set up on the web by Office Brands, and you also have it set up in Readysell, there have been cases where the lines then get doubled up (depending on your settings) on the web order once it shows in Readysell on the SALWEB.

By turning this value in this system reference, you can stop this from happening.

Navigation panel>Administration>Advanced>System Types

Name: WEB

Code: CUSTOMERORD-IGNORE-ASSOCIATED-PRODUCTS

Description: Ignore any associated products defined in Readysell as they are already being provided in the web order

Value:

True = Ignore any associated products defined in Readysell as they are already being provided in the web order

False = Do not ignore any associated products defined in Readysell as they are already being provided in the web order
