Did this product and or pricing send up to the web


If you send a product to the web, it will not be searchable until the next day as the web end needs to run a syncing job overnight to make the product/s searchable.


In Readysell

  1. Open Readysell
  2. Click on Inventory
  3. Click on Products
  4. Search for product and select it
  5. Click on button Related (top panel of screen)
  6. Click on Show Office Brands Messages
  7. This will show you the headers and details of products and pricing going up to the web.
  8. Make sure you check the Header messages (not the detail messages).
  9. Check the status, screen print the Office Brands Message window (Alt and Print Screen - Prt Scn on your keyboard) and paste it into an email window through your email provider
  10. Click on the Header message.
    1. Look at the XML Request on the right hand side of the Office Brands Message window, look for the price level name.
    2. Left click on this part of the screen, hit buttons Ctrl and A on your keyboard to highlight all text, right click and select Copy, then paste it into the email window you already have open
    3. Look at the XML Response on the right hand side of the Office Brands Message window, look for what the message says if the status on it was Failed.
    4. Left click on this part of the screen, hit buttons Ctrl and A on your keyboard to highlight all text, right click and select Copy, then paste it into an email window you already have open

In Web Admin

  1. From Internet Explorer ("e" icon on your computer's task bar or start menu or desktop)
  2. Copy and paste this in to log into store's web admin https://www.officenational.net.au/webadmin
  3. Enter in your username and password
  4. Click on button Log On
  5. Click on Products
  6. Click on Find Catalog Entries
  7. In the Code field, key in the product code
  8. Select from the drop down field next to it Matches containing
  9. Click on button Find
    The product should appear to screen if it has made it up to the web.
  10. Click on the check box to the left of the product to tick it
  11. Click on Prices (the word Prices just above tab Category)
  12. Click on Pricing Summary
  13. You are now shown what pricing was uploaded from Readysell and will be loaded to the web.

In Management Centre

  1. From Internet Explorer
  2. Copy and paste this in to log into your store's management centre (if you don't already have this saved in as a favourite) https/www.officenational.net.au/managmentcentre
  3. Enter in your username and password
  4. click on button Log On
  5. Click on Management Center Tools
  6. Click on Catalog Filter and Pricing
  7. Click on Catalogs
  8. Search for your product code in top right hand corner search field (key in product code/ezi code and hit enter on your keyboard)
  9. On tab Manage SKU, scroll down
  10. click on the arrow next to Pricing
  11. This shows you List, Bulk 1, Bulk 2 and Bulk 3 pricing
  12. If the price level is something other than this, you will need to contact Office Brands.

Send the email to Office Brands

If the status is Success on the price up load in Readysell in the Office Brands Messages window, and you cannot see the pricing on the web, send the screen shots, the xml request and the xml response as advised to save above, to Office Brands using email address support@officebrands.com.au and make sure you cc in support@readysell.com.au

This helps us to monitor your ticket and to step in and help you if required with getting help with Office Brands.
