Reporting on contracts
Overview
The contract reports below are designed to identify actionable issues. Contract that have low gp%, have expired or have other issues. You need to set a regular schedule and run those reports at least once a month
On the list reports you can often jump directly to the sale or contract that is causing the issue shown on the report. Understanding this skill is the single most important thing you need to know to make list reports on contracts work well for you.
Before you attend the training session, you must watch the video below. The video covers everything in the course. After the session you should play the video below again. To help you revise the session. You should also work through all of the point by point notes below. You will need to watch the video again in around three months. As you will not be able to remember all those options without some refresher training ever few months.

- Are there any customers on contracts. or machines on contracts, that are about to expire before the contract end date
- Which contract sale lines have been costing me money recently
- Which contracts are not profitable, even if they have not had any sales
- Can we let customers know about the good deal they are getting from their contracts
- Can I see the combined effect of customer contracts and customer price levels
