Which contracted products have a lower gross profit than expected

Run the Contract Individual Product Review Report and select the "Gross profit current vs original review" filter

You can get the result you need. This is a more advanced report as one of the fields we need to work with is a calculation, we need to make a report then send it to Excel if there is a lot of data to review:

• From list reports, go to the Readysell store, select browse and highlight the  "Contract Individual Product Review Report" report from the Readysell store
• Download the  "Contract Individual Product Review Report" report from the Readysell store

Find the report in the list of list reports. Then highlight the "Active Contract Products", highlight the "Gross profit has declined" filter and click on "Run report using filter" 

The report will show the products on active contracts where the gross profit that would be generated today when the product is sold is less than the gross profit that would have been generated on the day the contract was activated. You expected a profit result when you made the contract, but you are not getting that result now

When the report displays, you can't directly fitler the gp% now against each other, so you have to review the report on the screen or export the report to excel and do your comparison in excel
