Setting up User to access a startup Dashboard

  1. From the Navigation panel, click Administration then Users
  2. Locate a user to set up a startup dashboard
  3. Click Settings tab

  4. Select a Startup Dashboard from the drop-down list

     Show me

  5. Click Save

  6. Log Off and On to effect the setting

    Completely separate to the feature above. There is also a seperate layout management feature being trialed for dashboards. There is a button on the dashboard that allows you to customise it. This is the "Manage Dashboard" button. While assigning a dashboard to a customer is fine. Changing the layout of the dashboard is in trial mode right now. Layout customization is not a supported feature right now, but you can try it out if you like. It may be possible to use the built-in "Manage Dashboard" tools to make tweaks to the dashboard. This tool is in trial mode at the moment. We can't currently guarantee the "manage
