WebX Configuration Change Request and Verification Tests

Document test plan to verify that the WebX Configuration change effected by Office Brands are working as expected.

 

  1. Send email to Office Brands Support (on the Friday before the conversion weekend) requesting Readysell WebX Integration to be applied. Refer to a sample email below

    Hi Arif and Winston, 

    Wetherill Park Office National will be converted over to Readysell 8 as of this weekend (29th/30th November 2014). 

    This means that the change over from Clear/Web Integration to Readysell Web Integration needs to be done some time this weekend or late this afternoon/tonight.  I have already completed the settings in Readysell ready for this change over. 

    Could you please advise when this will be done.

  2. Office Brands to acknowledge the request and schedule as agreed
  3. Office Brands to inform stake holders e.g. store implementation project leader and Readysell implementation support, that the WebX configuration has been applied. Refer to a sample response from OB below
