Setting up integration (BI and Web)
Remember - when checking the trading tick box or checking the Enabled tick box on a task, you need to manually restart the Readysell Server service for it to work.
Readysell navigation panel > Administration > Sites
Sites will need the following settings in order to play it's part in running integration.
Trading - needs to be ticked/flagged
Store Identifier - comes from Office Brands (if previously a version 7 store, then can be found in Version 7 system administration under: STORE-CODE)
WebX Store ID - comes from Office Brands (if previously a version 7 store, then can be found in Version 7 system administration under: STORE-ID)
WebX Username - starts with robi and ends with a store name given by Readysell (check system types for this under Office Brands - ESB-USERNAME)
WebX Password - is a 12 digit code of numbers and letters generated by Readysell (check system types for this under Office Brands - ESB-PASSWORD)
FTP Path needs to be filled in - this is the store name shown in our Readysell Production board when you point to the globe (appears bottom left hand side of the screen) (if previously a version 7 store, then can be found in Version 7 system administration under: ROBI-BI-FTP-PATH)
Member Code - comes from Office Brands - is the number at the end of the underscore on store identifier
Remember - if they have been running catalogue loads in Readysell, then you should be able to run a price book run and post it on go live weekend and therefore set the Product Import Rules to run accordingly.
