Mass updating data using a bulk update run

  1. From the Navigation panel, click Bulk Maintenance then Bulk Update Runs

  2. Click New

  3. Enter a Name for the Bulk Update

  4. Click  from the top panel

     Show me

  5. Select a bulk update run set or create a new one
    1. Select a Record Data Type can only do cards, people, products,machines, meter or contracts
    2. Select a Field Name e.g., change Meters AutoIncreasePricePercentage
    3. Enter a New Value e.g., numeric, True, False, text

  6. Lines area will be populated now

     Show me

  7. Review the lines extracted to ensure they matched the run set

  8. Click  from the top panel to update the products with the changes shown in this bulk update run
