Setup Overview

Any customers you set the Loyalty Points Mode to Default on and have a Customer Tender of 6 ACCOUNT, set the Customer Tender Mode to Default not Enforced

To use a gift card tender. You need to first setup a tender GC set tender method to Old Gift Voucher as it is used for non trackable gift cards / Account field set to gift vouchers redeemed account code

A product GC for Gift Card needs to be set up in your product file if not already set up as a non stock control product (use category Gift Cards)

In order to allow points to be manually used for a customer to buy a product:

• To record points used on sales.  A product POIRED for Points Redeemed needs to be set up in your product file as a non stock control product (use category Gift Cards)

• To record the financial value of the points used on sales. A product POIPUR for Points Purchase needs to be set up in your product file as a non stock control product (use category Gift Cards)
