Selling a U-rewards card to a customer redeeming loyalty points for the card

  1. Add the U-Reward product to the sale,

  2. when the pop up box prompts you for yes or no for loyalty points to be redeemed, select yes,

  3. The U-Rewards product is added in on the sale line with a qty 1,

  4. The value on the line is $0.00

  5. Discount column shows 100% which is correct as you are issuing a card to customer which was paid for in points. 

  6. Points get taken off the customer’s loyalty points balance when you complete the sale
