Office Brands Category Sync

Should be running before go live and should look like this


Office Brands Competitor Price

Should be running before go live and therefore have a current date in the value field for LastRun


Office Brands End Of Day Sync

Should not be enabled until go live weekend.

LastRunMarketingUnsubscriptions - value should be the date of the day of go live

LastRunUploadNationalAccountLocalBuy - value should be the date of the day of go live

LastRunUploadProductImages - value should be the date of the day of go live

ServiceTimeout - value should remain as is of 1800

All other parameters should be empty


Office Brands Product Import

This should already be up and running.

HOWEVER - upon go live weekend - the LastRunProductImport date needs to be cleared and the task run again to pick up any that may have been missed.
Leave the ServiceTimeout as is with the value being 1800

Office Brands Sync

Note: ForceContractRelink - these are Price Level contracts for customer cards.

This parameter on this task should be set to True for the first time contract uploads are triggered.  This should be the day of go live and there may be lots of contracts inclusive of those price level contracts to be sent to the web.

EnableContractUpdate - value should be set to True

EnableGetOrders - value should be set to True

EnableNewContractApi - value should be set to True

EnableProductImageUpload - value should be to True

EnableProductUpdate - value should be set to True

EnableUpdateOrderStatus - value should be set to a value of True

ForceContractRelink - see above NOTE

LastRuncontractUpdate - value should be empty on first run of contract uploads on the first day of go live.  The date will then update itself every time the task is run

LastRunGetOrders - value should be set to the day before the go live day

LastRunProductImageUpload - value should be set to the day before the go live day

LastRunProductUpdate - value should be empty on first run of contract uploads on the first day of go live.  The date will then update itself every time the task is run

LastRunSalesForceUpdate - value should be set to the day before the go live day

LastRunUpdateOrderStatus - value should be set to the day before the go live day

UploadSalesforceAccount - value should be set to a value of True

UploadSalesforceQuotes - value should be set to a value of False
