Setting up BI (Business Intelligence)
Includes settings for automated marketing
Task : Office Brands Business Intelligence
Must be Enabled and have the following settings as per screen shots. (Leave dates as they are)

Basically a downside of Office Brands parameter, except :

(means any discrepancy up to $5.00 between ((saleInvoiceLine.UnitQuantityInvoiced * saleInvoiceLine.UnitPriceIncTax) - saleInvoiceLine.DiscountValueInvoiced) and saleInvoiceLine.ValueIncTaxInvoiced would be added to discount)
EnableDatDownload : (to allow task download DAT files for Customer & Contact from OB to update RS customers and contacts records)
EnableFTPUpload : (to allow send data to OB in xls format with ftp connection)
EnableSalesDataBalance : (set task to execute 5 embedded scripts for fix discount value in sale invoice lines from sale shipment lines)
UseDatetimeStampBixFile : (set all BIX files generated with prefix current datetime)
EnableAzureOverrideBI : (to allow task check to Readysell Azure file if any override LastRunSalesBixUpload for the date of task run and for this particular member code)

Configuring S3 Bucket BI set-up
With in Site, in the integration tab, applied the S3 bucket path and member code within the section provided.
Open the task module and select the "Office brands Business Intelligence" task. Within the task complete the following in parameters:
- Set all enable entries to "True"
- Remove the value with the "LastRun" entries.
- Set "UseBixFormat" to "True"
Once the parameter are set, the task is Ready to run. The task can be run manually if data needs to be uploaded.
The settings need to be in place as per previous page.
Setting up integration (BI and Web)
The actual Bix files can be found in the Temp files on the server.
Office Brands do actually have a copy at their end. Dex knows how to access it.
When a contact is deleted/removed from a Card, the system will Automatically generate and send a CONTACT.BIX and Control file to OB to update their system.
