Mass close of action items

Overview

As Action rules are part of system administration a number of unwanted action items can be created. You can now mass close action items through the bulk update run.

Procedure

1. In the Navigation panel, go to Bulk Maintenance then Bulk Update Run
2. Click on button New in the ribbon. 
3. Click on button Extract in the ribbon. 
4. Click the down arrow in the field called Bulk Update Run Set then click New.

5. Enter Name, Select Action Item Record Type, Select Field name ActionStatus and enter the new Value of Close then click save and close

6. The list of Action Items that are going to close will now appear, you can delete out of the list what you don't want to close or you can just click post.
