Dragging an service call event from the staff schedule

There is a system reference for confirmation only when you drag an event from the staff schedule from one technician to another.
The system reference is set to False by default.







  1. From the staff schedule go to a technician
  2. Highlight an event on that technician and left-click the mouse
  3. Drag that even to another technician or another time and date for the same technician.
  4. In the screenshot example below, there is an event on Monday 15th February at 11 am for Technician = Demo for service order no 68, I have dragged that event and moved it to the technician = Diane for 2 pm on the 16th February.
  5. Go back to service order number 68, by dropping the related action button in the ribbon
  6. The service call has been updated for this service order to now be for technician - Diane

Deleting service call events.

If you delete a service call from the service order, the event will be deleted from the schedule.
