Navigating from the service order to the schedule and back to the service order

  1. From the service order, you can navigate to the staff schedule for the service order in question and visa versa.
  2. Drop the 'Related' action button in the top ribbon and select 'show schedule' you will see the event for that service order only not the calls.

If you wish to see all the events for service order, that is the service order all the call activities, navigate to the Staff Schedule itself.


  1. Staff Schedule
  2. Highlight an event on the schedule for a technician and drop the 'Show related' and select 'service order'

    You are taken back to the Service Order.
