Activities

As work is performed on a service order, technicians record their work and travel time as activities on that service order.

To create an Activity 

  1. Enter the date that the activity will take place on.
  2. Enter the start time and end time of the activity.
  3. Select the type of activity (e.g: Labour or Travel)
  4. Enter the km of travel or the time taken to perform call.
  5. Once repair is complete, enter repaired description and click on the tick icon on the right hand side to save.
  6. Once you have saved it it will bring you back to the activities page from here you can add parts
