Overview

Stock Transfer Out feature is only available to multi-sites store to transfer stock between sites. From a workflow perspective a stock transfer out is followed by the corresponding stock transfer in.

Description

 Filter

  • Unassigned: This list will have all In progress status transfers in the system.

  • Assigned to me: This list will have all In progress status transfers in the system assigned to you as the picker.

  • Picked: This list will have all picked transfers.

  • Cancel: Takes you out of the filter section.

 Sync

 

  • This will sync data from Readysell to the mobile.

 

Picking a stock transfer out

  1. From the Main Menu , click Stock Transfer Picking.

  2. Click Start Picking.

  3. Click Yes to display the Stock Transfer Picking Line screen

  4. From here you can :

    1. scan the location and item to be picked, the quantity scanning will be generated in the Scanned line.

    2. manually enter the quantity, click the Mnl Qty Scanned area and key in a value from a pop-up numerical keypad.

  5. The scanned/manually entered line is no longer displayed on the stock transfer, when all the lines are scanned click Yes to end picking.

     

     

  6. Log on to Readysell (Windows) to view and 

     the Stock Transfer In
