Product images are not displaying

There are two main reasons for this :

  1. The Images Folder in Tools>Images Folder does not have all of the product image files. To correct this a complete download of all product image files is required
  2. The Image File Name in Product>General tab is not set to a image file name e.g., blank. To resolve this contact Readysell Support to run the required script to update the image file name

 

Schedule a complete download of all product image files

This option should only be considered for non-Readysell 7 stores e.g., Clear or Attache.

For Readysell 7 conversion stores the procedure is :

  1. Images need to be moved from the Readysell 7 images folder (usually D:\READYSELL\RSELLO\WEB\Pictures) to the Readysell 8 ProductImages folder.
  2. For stores where images already exist from Readysell 7, the LastRunDownloadProductImages value should be set to the date of the conversion (so that we do not have to re-download all the images from scratch)
  1. From the Navigational panel, click on Administration>Advanced>Tasks 
  2. Select Office Brands End of Day Sync 
  3. Click on the Parameters tab
  4. Select the LastRunDownloadProductImages parameter
  5. Blank out the value

  6. Click on Save 
  7. The task is scheduled to run overnight

    Do not run this task during business hours due to the heavy load on internet traffic.
