Aim:

To explain the data that will be imported and the documentation that exists to help you review your data, to understand what date needs to be cleaned up and why it is so important that you have clean data before you go live with your Readysell system.

Content:

Readsell lite data import:

  • Office Brands catalogue products
  • Office Brands suppliers
  • Optional imports from your old system: your customers, your suppliers and your products.
  • You don't get that much imported, so you should not need so spend that much time reviewing the data imported.

Readysell imports:

  • Most master file data and transaction history from your old system, except general ledger and cash book figures (which are imported by journal or manual balances)
  • You get almost everything imported, so there is a lot of checking to do.
