To help dealers prepare for the decision to go live and for setting a give live date. By the end of this session you should know for your if you are ready to go live (or not).
For Full Readysell sites.
The stage 2 final master file conversion for your business, to refresh your more static data like products and customers, should be agreed as not required or completed just before or just after this webinar.
Readysell Lite sites need to have completed their data review of customers, suppliers and products to your satisfaction.

Stage 2 Final Go-live Decision Customer Sign Off Checklist
Enter test transactions on the day before go live
Readysell to complete a training audit with your team. Review the training audit and identify then correct any gaps.
Convert to running Readysell in parallel with your existing system for a few days starting from the first day of the calendar month. Enter a minimum of transactions into both systems. For example no payments.
Convert to full Readysell Lite from the Monday of the week after the start of the month.
