Readysell approval checklists

Overview

The Readysell implementation method requires your approval to continue at each stage in the process.  We don't set a go live date for your conversion until you have signed off all the stage 0 through stage 2 checklists to ensure you are really ready to go:

  • Before setting a go live date:
    • Stage 0, plan your Readysell project before you start! Ensures you know what to budget for and what results we are all trying to achieve.
    • Stage 1, initial approval to start training using the first import of data.  We can decide to delay go live or just delay the start of training if this stage is not signed off by the customer.  We suggest this should normally be signed off at least four weeks before the go live date
    • Stage 2, approval to continue towards go live using the final import of master data for customers, products and suppliers.  We can decide to delay go live during the last week if this stage is not signed off by the customer.  Must be signed off between two weeks and three days from the go live date
    • Stage 2, final approval to go to the go live weekend, subject to stage 3 approval actually on the go live weekend.  This is after you parallel run entry of all the transactions your require and confirm that all required staff have been trained in all required areas.  We will not set a go live date until all the checklists above this point are signed off.  Must be signed off by Friday of the last week before the go live weekend.  We can decide to delay go live during the last week if this stage is not signed off by the customer.
    • Note: The go live date is not set until the stage 0, 1 and 2 checklists have all be signed off reviewed and accepted by Readysell!
  • After setting the go live date
    • Stage 3, final approval to go ahead.  We can decide to delay go live even during the go live weekend if this stage is not signed off by the customer.  Must be completed on the go live weekend
    • Stage 4, Readysell will check web integration for you during the week after the go live date
  • Optional, after go live.
    • Stage 5, starting a week after go live, moving to best practice by implementing one new feature all the time until you reach best practice.

Until you approve and physically sign off all stages of the implementation process, Readysell will not continue to go live weekend and may suggest we move your go live weekend to a later date.

The documents you have to progressively sign off for each stage before the go live date are shown below:
