All the training I require for myself and my team has been completed to a very high standard.  I am happy with the training provided.  I have no issues about the training and there is no training that was missed, of low quality or is outstanding.

Readysell has provided all data conversion required before the go live weekend.  (Note: The only remaining data conversion is history and current transactions.  That will be singed off separately in the stage 3 checklist on the Saturday of the conversion weekend.)  The data conversion required up to the Friday before go live has been completed, is accurate and has been check by you and your team

All required project planning and advice has been provided and has been of a good standard.  We have no outstanding project planning, advice or documentation issues

I am happy with the project to date and have asked Readysell to continue with the live conversion this weekend

A Project engagement meeting has been held which explained to you the whole project structure both before and after go-live to your satisfaction.  At that meeting your business requirements were recorded accurately and completely on the shared Office 365 Excel spreadsheet "store priorities" on the "business as usual checklist" tab:

Readysell is installed on all required servers and workstations

All registered users have been setup and all required security settings have been setup

After the first conversion of your key data such as products, customers, suppliers and sell prices from your old system to Readysell.  You then signed off on the a stage 1 data review checklist to ensure the initial data conversion is sufficient to support your initial training requirements.  See sample Stage 1 Initial Data Conversion Customer Sign Off Checklist

You have reviewed all of the invoice, statement and other reports in Readysell that might be relevant to your business and agree that Readysell has provided all the reports you need in an acceptable format.  See What do I get for my reporting.  Warning, avoid customizing a built in form reports such as invoices and statements used for customer and supplier facing report

A training engagement meeting was held.  The training engagement meeting explained the training process.  A training plan was agreed listing all the training requirements for all your staff members.  See Readysell Training Engagement Meeting

A financial engagement meeting was held.  The financial engagement meeting explained the financial conversion process.  A financials implementation plan was was agreed listing all of your financial conversion requirements.  You are aware that financials implementation normally involves charges for additional implementation assistance time, have been given a budget estimate for financial implementation assistance and accepted the estimate provided.  See Readysell Training Engagement Meeting

You completed a business requirements survey.  Allowing Readysell to work with you to build a one to two month training program tailored to your teams requirements.  See sample business requirements survey: Sample customer details form

The top priority of the sign off process is signing off the approved column on the "Business As Usual" tab of your shared project priories document:

The "Business As Usual" checklist is the central document that is used daily in managing your Readysell implementation.  It contains:

  • A row for every Readysell feature that is required when your system goes live,
  • A row for every one of your team members.  Listing which of your team members must be trained in respect to each feature
  • A column for every day of the project, specifying which staff members was signed off by Readysell training audit as having acceptable training on each day
  • A column which you MUST sign off accepting both that each feature is working and that each required staff member has been sufficiently trained in that feature.

A second stage 2 data conversion of your products, customers, suppliers, contact and address data, for the last time was completed at least one week before go-live date.  Sometimes we re-import contracts for the last time, subject to discussion and agreement in each case.  You agreed the second data conversion was acceptable by signing off on the stage 2 data conversion checklist.  See Stage 2 Final Data Conversion For Master File Data Customer Signoff Checklist

During the final week before conversion.  You completed parallel runs using batches of real sales, service orders, purchase orders.  As specified on the Stage 2 customer verification checklist.  Those transactions from your old system were duplicated in Readysell.  You accept that sufficient parallel runs have been made to ensure the system is ready for go live conversion on the agreed weekend.  See Stage 2 Final Data Conversion For Master File Data Customer Sign off Checklist

On the conversion weekend you will review all the data conversion and accept that all data conversion is acceptable.  If you have any issues at all with any aspect of the data conversion you will let Readysell know.  On that weekend you will also complete and sign off the stage 3 data conversion checklist.  See Stage 3 Conversion Weekend Transactions and History Customer Sign Off Checklist

Groups of your team members will be on site on the conversion weekend to enter real transactions into Readysell after the data conversion has been signed off.  By entering those live transactions you are confirming everything is ready for go live.  If you have any questions or issues you will let Readysell know that you are not ready to go ahead.

You have been given the opportunity to have Readysell team members on site before and after the conversion weekend.  You accepted the amount of Readysell on site support

Readysell has explained that not all Readysell features can be implemented on the go live date.  There will be a post implementation plan and a progressive move to implement all the best practice features you require over a number of months.  The continuing implementation of new features will require additional implementation assistance time from Readysell.  Charged as per Readysell's standard support policy.  See Making your internal week by week Readysell 8 conversion project

You accepted the amount of Readysell on site support and all other Readysell charges that have been sent to you to date.

You have read and accepted the Readysell Support Policy and Readysell Fee structure:

    • If you log onto the ticket system and your user is setup as a manager in the support centre, you will have a link called “Documents”.  From here, you can access your licence and the fee policy.
    • You need one licence for every Readysell user that is logged in at the same time
    • You ALSO need one licence for each service user.  If you want more than one user to access service, you need one licence for each user.

In addition to everything above. I have no issues with any aspect of the project, including but not limited to any aspect of hardware, the training, preparation, data conversion, future training budgets or any other aspect of the Readysell implementation.
