Complete Button | Finishes every aspect of the transaction including any steps that have to happen as separate transactions. This button only displays for transactions that require additional steps to process. For example sales orders, sale shipments, purchase orders and purchase receipts all require further transactions such as invoices to be processed in order to complete the set of transactions. If you click the complete button on a sale order, a sale shipment is created and posted just like the order had been picked, a sale invoice is created and posted to update your financials and the sale order is flagged as posted. The complete created and processed two additional transactions that were required to finish the sale. Posted those transactions then posted the sale itself. | |||||
