How to mass reprint invoices and email them to customers

Invoice Mass Reprinting In The Browse Sales Orders Window
From the Readysell Main Menu

Click on <+ Sales Orders>

Click on <Invoice Mass Reprint>
Key in the Start Date for the period of time you want to print the invoices for. You can use the box next to this field to bring a calendar box for you to select the date from.
Key in the End Date for the period of time you want to print the invoices up to. You can use the box next to this field to bring a calendar box for you to select the date from.
Click on <+OK>



Select one of the above.
1 – All Sales – this means that you want to print all Invoices and Credits that have been allocated and also those that are still unallocated.
2 – Outstanding Invoices Only – this means that you want to print only those invoices and credits that have not yet been allocated and are outstanding in the Customer Open Items window.
(Selection made in this example is "2-Outstanding Invoices Only")
Your default Tax Invoice layout format will appear highlighted blue with its name showing in the Default Design. Unless you wish to change it to another format, just click on <+OK>

You now need to select the layout you wish to use for any sales credits for this customer
Click on <+OK>


Use the scroll bar to scroll up and find the Tax Credit layout format you need to select. Left Click on your selection.
(Do NOT change the Default Design)
Click on <+OK>


Part 1. Setting up the query (Pages 4 to 5) [if the query is already set up, skip to page 6]
For the very first time you will need to key in a query (instructions for setting up query as follows)
Step 1. Click on <New>

Scroll through and Left click on CUSTOMER: Customer Code
Click on <Next>


Left click on Is Equal To
Click on <Next>


Key in the Customer Code
Click on <Next>


Click on <Finish>


Save this query
Click on <Yes>


Key in the name of the query
Click on <OK>


The invoices and credits now generate
You don't need to do anything with this window


Part 2. Where the Query already exists, select the query (Pages 6 & 7)
Left click on the query and click on <Modify> to change the customer code to the one you need the mass reprint for.


Click on <Change>


Leave everything and click on <Next>


Leave everything and click on <Next>


Delete the customer code that's currently in this field and replace it with the customer code you wish to run this mass reprint for.
Click on <Next>


Click on <Finish>


You do not need to save this change to the query in order to run the query with the new customer code.
Click on <No>


The Invoices Preview
The invoices and credits will preview on the page according to whether you are set up for portrait or landscape.
(The example shown below is not set for landscape at this moment)

Click on <Email Dir> to use the Readysell Emailer Program to send this email
Or click on <Email Out> or <Email Exp> depending on whether you are using Outlook or Outlook Express.
This is the screen that pops up when using the Readysell Emailer window.
It picks up the customers email address, you can change the subject and note if you wish, otherwise just hit <Send>
The attachment of invoices is one file.


You are now taken back to the Browse Sales Orders window.
