Readysell And Readysell Lite Planning FAQ
What do I get from participating in the Readysell Lite Onboarding Program?
- Setup of icons on some computers you nominate so you can start your Readysell Lite cloud based ERP system with up to three users as standard.
- Setup of a computer in your business so you can attend our online onboarding training webinars. As noted below, please ensure you have practiced joining a Skype meeting by contacting Readysell and doing a test run before the first webinar training session. - Free conversion of product, customer and supplier information from your old system to Readysell if the data can be extracted in an appropriate format, e.g. Excel spreadsheet.
- A quick start guide and video that gets you going on the main aspects of Readysell lite in in as few steps as practical. See: Readysell Lite training quick start guide
- Setup of full access to many Office Brands IT services like daily product price updates and import of web orders
- A series of up to four webinar training sessions. There will be no more than five dealers in each webinar session. T the webinar sessions are to help you understand and manage the project with a little training thrown in
- At least weekly screen to screen remote training sessions during the onboarding period, YouTube videos and every extensive online training materials.
- A fully detailed step by step onboarding program supported by documentation and videos describing each lesson. See: Readysell onboarding project training webinars
- Be up and running on Readysell Lite in about four weeks.
What will happen once I decide to accept this invitation to the Readysell Lite onboarding program?
We will contact you by phone to:
- Discuss your invitation to the first training webinar, Onboarding training webinar 1 Introduction to Readysell . The webinar will take between one and two hours. The aim is to give you a feel for what is involve in the onboarding process and what Readysell can do for your business
- You don’t need Readysell installed to participate, we can use the demo app attached
- You need a webcam and a set of usb headphones. We keep them in stock. Readysell can send you some if you need them. Make sure you contact Readysell and check you can connect to a session using your USB headphones and webcam BEFORE the first webinar. See note below.
- There is a maximum of nine free training webinar modules in the Readysell onboarding program. I expect to handle a few of the sessions together. So there will probably be a total of four webinar sessions. I will adjust this depending on the needs of the group. See: Readysell Lite Project Training Webinar Modules

What will Readysell do to help me get setup to participate in the webinar training?
- Obtain a usb headphone and webcam if you do not have one
- Run a test session to ensure you will be able to connect to a Skype meeting hosted by Readysell.
- You will probably have Readysell setup on your workstations before the session. If not, save the “Readysell_demo.+++” file attached to your desktop and rename the file “Readysell_demo.exe”. Readysell can also help you do this if you get stuck. Note, you can also download the demo program from this link https://readysell.com.au/try/
What training checks will Readysell do just before I go live to ensure my team is ready to go
- Before you go live. Our training officer on our support team will contact you and organize a session where ask you to walk you through all the core features listed on the Readysell Lite quick start page, see:
- Readysell Lite training quick start guide. Then give you a training audit result, where we check how you went and give you a report on how ready you are go go live. See:

What can we do to be sure everything will work on the go live date
- We parallel run you old system and Readysell Lite for the first few days after you go live
- Only once you are sure Readysell Lite is performing as you require do you fully drop your old system and move completely to Readysell Lite
