Machine Profitability Report (F-032)
Overview
This report runs against sale shipment lines that have been linked to a machine, either due to service calls or meter charging, and allows you to determine the profitability of a machine or a group of machines over a set period of time.
The product that stands for the machine needs to be set up correctly. That is you need the manufacturer on the Product.
In order to get an accurate machine profitability report, you need to set up the Costs on your labour products. Getting starting with machine profitability (labour costing)

Last Service Date | Date of the most recent service order for the machine |

Actual Labour | Sum of the "actual" quantity on associated service order lines for any labour time products. |
Each Cost |

Each Sell Ex | The average selling price of the product |
Total Cost |

Total Sell Ex | The sum of the "value ex tax shipped" of the product |
Margin | The sum of the margin values of the product |
GP % | The calculated gross profit percent based on the sum of the "value ex tax shipped" and margin of the product |
Machine Profitability Report
- Log onto Readysell>Form Reports>Machine Profitability F-032
- HIghlight the Parameter and select on 'Show report using parameters'
Enter your parameters and click on OK
Report will appear to screen. Review
