  • All sites need to think about a tentative target go live date. Just pop up a Calendar and think about a weekend that might suit. You have to convert on a weekend. As this give you time to test and prepare before your system goes live.
  • Readysell will not sign off on the go live date until the last week before go live. By then all the required checklists have to be reviewed. Lite sites just need to email us and confirm you have reviewed and are aware of the checklists.

  • You need to organise organize a one hour session with who ever is training you on Readysell Lite to setup and test your automatic printing basics.
  • Think about how you are going to check your imported data and get your training completed. Then agree a plan of action and a tentative go live date with Readysell
  • You may wish to use Readysell Lite's financials. If you are still going to use your old financials package. You need to think about how you are going to extract data from Readysell for financials, if you are still using a seperate financials package you need to read Procedure for running financials from a separate software package.
  • You need to plan how you are going to transition your debtors and creditors to Readysell lite. There is little work to do, this is mainly planning and staff training. See: Transitioning debtors and creditors to Readysell Lite
