Troubleshooting Process of Shipment or Printing on Mobile App.

If consignment notes or invoices are not printing from the Mobile App, please check either message log (within the Readysell program) or Readysell Server log to determine source of error for the mobile app. Workstation settings can also be reviewed to determine if the printer and report has been configured for printing properly.

The printing queue can be used to determine whether the print job has been generated and printed (Status = Posted). The Readysell Print Helper task log can be reviewed to determine if print jobs fail to print as well.
