- Dead stock is stock on hand for products that were created at least a few months ago and have not sold for around six months
- There is a dead stock list view on products that you can use to see the issues
- Saving view variant. Adding last shipped. Editing last ship filter
- Sorting on Qty on hand more than 0. Sorting by greatest value, perhaps subtotal by supplier
- Extract dead stock to a stocktake and pick it. Then post the stocktake to a 'Dead Stock' single location.
- Put the stock right in front of the sales team, so they see it when talking to customers
- Look up sales history on dead stock, the last person to buy the item might be willing to purchase it
- Consider using ebay integration to sell of dead stock
