- From the Navigation panel, click Email Batches then click New.
- In the Type field, select the type of email you are sending.
- In the Name field, enter a name for the email batch. This is only displayed in the Readysell system and will not be visible to recipients.
- By default, Readysell generates a subject line for the email based on the type you selected. You can change this if you wish.
- Either enter the recipients for the email one at a time by click on New in the Lines tab
Or click on Extract Batch to populate recipients for the email via a selection criteria
In the General tab, verify that the automatically generated details are correct, and change them if necessary.
Key in the email content in the Notes area
* Files can be attached to the email by clicking on the Add Attachment on the ribbon line and selecting the files from a directory folder.
* Image file can be added to the email by clicking on the Insert Image button and selecting the image from a directory folder.
- If desired, you can preview the email in the Preview tab.
- Verify that the details are correct.
- When you have finished, click either Save to save the batch.
Click Run Batch Now from the top panel.
Email batch sending status checking is similar to Sending customer statements using an email batch
If recipient email address is incorrect validation error occurs- "Email address 'test@test.com.au' is not valid"

- In the email batch list, locate the batch you want to run.
- Verify that the details are correct.
- Click Run Batch Now to run the batch.
