- In the navigation panel, click Email Batch then click New.
- In the Type field, select the type of email you are sending.
- In the Name field, enter a name for the email batch. This is only displayed in the Readysell system and will not be visible to recipients.
- By default, Readysell generates a subject line for the email based on the type you selected. You can change this if you wish.
- In the Lines tab, enter the recipients for the email.
- In the General tab, verify that the automatically generated details are correct, and change them if necessary.
- If desired, you can preview the email in the Preview tab.
- When you have finished, click either Save or Save and Close to save the batch.

Note: You must create a batch before you can run it.
- In the email batch list, locate the batch you want to run.
- Verify that the details are correct.
- Click Run Batch Now to run the batch.

Once you have run a batch, the Log tab will display a list of log entries verifying that the message
If recipient email address is incorrect validation error occurs- "Email address 'test@test.com.au' is not valid"
