Overview
The Readysell service training program is a practical hand on workshop intended to give participants the opportunity to work through all relevant aspects of the Readysell Service module:
We use the Readysell demonstration system for the workshop. So the examples you work with line up with the documentation and everyone gets the same experience. No matter which parts of the Service module are currently used in your business.
Participants can elect to skip areas of the program that are not relevant to their business.
The program is included as part of the Readysell help system and the demo system is available 24/7. So participants can revisit the online program in the future.
Program structure
The training program is broken up into five ninety-minute sessions as follows. But it is usually tailored to an extent, that suits the participants in each case:
Session one: The service training toolset, correct system setup, and service orders
Session two: Service orders, responses to queries from the first session, and further service order training
Session three: Machines, meter counts, and meter charges
Session four: Reporting and review of progress thus far
Session five:: Workshopping session using practical examples on the Readysell demo system
Optional Session: Technical infrastructure, API, and import parameters
Optional Session: Detailed walkthrough of the service training, getting started, and user guides. Walking through the points that can’t be covered earlier. With deep diving into topics of interest to participants.
