If consignment notes or invoices are not printing from the Mobile App, Please let at either message log (within the Readysell program or Readysell Server log to determine source of error for the mobile app. Workstation settings can also be review to determine if the printer and report as been configured for printing properly.
The printing queue can be use to determine whether the print job has been generated and printed (Status = Posted). The Readysell print helper task log can be reviewed to determine if print jobs fail to prints as well.
