Locating a purchase order

You can locate a purchase order through either Sales or Purchasing.

Note: Do not change any quantities at this stage.

Locating the purchase order through Sales

Use this method if you know the sale order for which the purchase order was generated.

1. In the navigation panel, go to Sales then click Orders.
2. Enter the transaction number and search for the order you are receiving. Alternatively, you can search on the customer name.
3. Select the order in the list.
4. Click on the Purchases tab.
5. Select the purchase order that was created for this sales order.
6. Click Show Transaction. Readysell opens the purchase order in a new tab.

Locating the purchase order through Purchasing

Use this method if you know the transaction number of the purchase order

1. In the navigation panel, go to Purchasing then Orders.
2. Enter the transaction number and search for the order you are receiving. Alternatively, you can search on the customer name.
3. Select the order in the list.
