Overview
Contracts will not upload to WebX if the web customer name is missing on incorrect.
Procedure
Select "Relationships" then "Contracts" from the navigation panel.
Then select the cards tab on the contracts detail view and right click on the column headings, Click on Add, then expand "Card" and click on the "Web Customer Name" field, Click Ok then drag web customer name onto your cards list view on the contract.
If the web customer name is not filled in, the contact will not upload to the web, See Sending a new customer and new user to the website.
