- From the Navigation panel, click Email Batches then click New.
- In the Type field, select the type of email you are sending.
- In the Name field, enter a name for the email batch. This is only displayed in the Readysell system and will not be visible to recipients.
- By default, Readysell generates a subject line for the email based on the type you selected. You can change this if you wish.
- In the Lines tab, enter the Either enter the recipients for the email one at a time by click on New in the Lines tab

Expand title Show me In the General tab, verify that the automatically generated details are correct, and change them if necessary.
Key in the email content in the Notes area
Tip Image file can be added to the email by clicking on the Insert Image button and selecting the image from the directory folder.
Expand title Show me - If desired, you can preview the email in the Preview tab.
- Verify that the details are correct.
- When you have finished, click either Save or Save and Close to save the batch.
Click Run Batch Now from the top panel.
