You can locate a purchase order through either Purchasing or Sales.

Note: Do not change any quantities at this stage.

 Locating the purchase order through Purchasing

Use this method if you know the transaction number of the purchase order

Once you have located the purchase order, you can receive it. See Partially receiving a purchase order or Receipting and invoicing ordered goods using a purchase receipt for more information.

Locating the purchase order through Sales

...

1. In the Navigation panel, go to Sales then click Orders.
2. Enter the transaction number and search for the order you are receiving. Alternatively, you can search on the customer name.
3. Select the order in the list.
4. Click on the Purchases tab (this tab will only show on a sales order if the stock had originally been purchased using the Purchase button at the top of the screen.
5. Select the purchase order that was created for this sales order.
6. Click Show Transaction. Readysell opens the purchase order in a new tab.
