Setting Up View Variant For Products With No Movements for a Supplier
- Log onto Readysell
- Select inventory
- Select products
From the Navigation panel click 'Inventory' then 'Products'.
- Drag onto the list view, product id, product name, card id, status, qtyonhand,Display on Website, Catalogue Product
- Right click and select ‘filter editor’
- Set the filter to be like below screen shot
- Click on Apply
- Click on OK
- Then once the result appears to screen
Set up a View Variant and save it
Expand title Show Me 
[Product Sites][[Product Movements][].Count() > 0].Count() = 0 And [Primary Product Supplier.Supplier.Card ID] = 'accaus'
Identify all the products for that one supplier
Note title Please Note Check the results for the supplier selected with no movements. If there is no quantity on hand at all and no movements, and the products are not linked to a Catalgoue, highlight all the products and click on 'Delete'.

- Select the view variant for the criteria required
- Click on toolstools
- Click on 'Modification Checking'
- Select 'On Close Only'
- Then go through the list displayed and set each status on the products to be 'Archived'
- Click on Save
- Set your modifications setting back.
