Overview

The Readysell service training program is a practical hands-on workshop intended to give participants the opportunity to work through all relevant aspects of the Readysell Service module:

  • We use the Readysell demonstration system for the workshop, so the examples you work with line up with the documentation, and everyone gets the same experience no matter which parts of the Service module are currently used in your business.

  • Participants can elect to skip areas of the program that are not relevant to their business.

  • The program is included as part of the Readysell help system and the demo system is available 24/7. So participants can revisit the online program in the future at any time.

Program structure

  • The training program is broken up into five ninety-minute sessions as follows. But it is usually tailored, to an extent, that suits the participants in each case:

    • Session one: The service training toolset, correct system setup, and service orders
