From the navigation panel select reports, form reports. Then on the Readysell store select browse the store
Find the report "Statement of Account Balance Forward", then click "Download"
Click on relationships then cards from the navigation panel
On the settings, customer settings tab of the customer that wants a balance forward statement. Click on the "Statement" field then search for "Statement of Account Balance Forward".
Then click save. The customer is now set to get a balance forward statement.
