Fields
Field | Description |
---|---|
Product | Product ID of the part for this machine |
Start Date | The start date of the part for the machine |
Actual End Date | The end date of the part for the machine |
Actual Meter Count | If relevant to the part, the actual meter count for this part |
Actual Usage Days | Number of usage days for this part |
Meter | The meter type for this part |
Machine | Machine Id |
Is Supply flag | If this is ticked, it means that this part is a toner and it is used for toner tracking. Leave tick off if it is not a toner |
Predicted End Date | Predicted end date of this part based on the current usage. |
Set up required for Predicted End Date
In order to get the 'Predicted End Date' action you need to setup the following
- Log onto Readysell>Service>Machines
Fine the machineid and click on 'Related' from the top ribbon and select 'Show Product' - The product that stands for the machine (model) will display to screen
- Click on general tab
- Click on parts tab
- Add the part product to the product
- Then add 'expected meter count'
- Do not tick 'Is supply' ('is supply' means it is a toner and uses toner tracking system and the start date for the part will be immediately)
If this tick is True as Is Supply is ON, we don't start it until we get information back from FM Audit and/or emails that provide toner level data.
