Warning

An error with number 1113 has occurred.

Error message: Cannot run the application. The database version is newer than the application version, but the server with the new application version is not found. Ask the administrator to check that the configuration file contains a correct path to the new application version

If when logging onto Readysell you get the above message. Please contact Readysell Support and the support team will follow the steps below:

  1. Right Click on the Readysell Shortcut

     Show Me

  2. Click on Properties
  3. Click on Open File Location
  4. Find the file "Settings.config"

     Show Me

  5. Right click on this config file and open it
  6. Find the server IP/Host address eg  = \\192.168.1.240

     Show Me

  7. Highlight the IP/Host address and leave it in your buffer
  8. Open up windows explorer and paste the IP/Host address in it to see if it exists
  9. If it returns no result in the search then you need to set this IP/Host address in windows
    1. Click on Start
    2. Click on Control Panel
    3. Click on User Accounts
    4. Click on Credential Manager or Manager your Credentials (depending on what version of windows)
    5. Click on Windows Credentials (once again depending on what version of windows)
    6. Click on Add a Windows Credential

    7. Enter the IP/Host Address that is still in your buffer
    8. Enter the Server User Name and Password

       Show Me

    9. Click on OK

    10. Log onto Readysell now.
