- From the Navigation panel, double click on Relationships then click onCampaign
- Click on New to create a new campaign
- Key in Description for the campaign
Click on Extract Cards in the ribbon line to extract customer card for this campaign
- Specify extract card criteria and click on OK
If required, click on Generate Cases to generate cases for all of the addresses for this campaign
If required, click on Generate Email Batch to generate and manage emails for all of the addresses for this campaign
Click on Finalise to complete the campaign
