There is a system reference for confirmation only when you drag an event from the staff schedule from one technician to another.
The system reference is set to False by default.
- From the staff schedule go to a technician
- Highlight an event on that technician and left-click the mouse
- Drag that even to another technician or another time and date for the same technician.
- In the screenshot example below, there is an event on Monday 15th February at 11 am for Technician = Demo for service order no 68, I have dragged that event and moved it to the technician = Diane for 2 pm on the 16th February.
- Go back to service order number 68, by dropping the related action button in the ribbon
- The service call has been updated for this service order to now be for technician - Diane
Deleting service call events.
If you delete a service call from the service order, the event will be deleted from the schedule.
