  1. In the Navigation panel, go to Service then Service Orders.
  2. Click New
  3. The Service Order detail window will display. 
  4. The Type needs to be changed to SRVQUO (Service Order Quote)

     Show me

  5. Enter the details for the service order quote:
    1. Select the customer card.
    2. Select the machine to be serviced.
    3. Select the product to be serviced.
    4. Assigned To: Select the technician who will be assigned the job.
    5. Change Workflow Status to 
      1. Quote Accepted and click on the Accept Quote button to create a service order
      2. Quote Rejected if needed

        Ensure that the required Workflow Nodes are defined for Transaction Type SRVQUO e.g., None -> Quote Accepted and None -> Quote Rejected.

  6. Click Save or Save and Close
